ɫ����was selected by our client to provide integrated facility services for its 26 buildings at 22 locations across the U.S. and Canada, including the U.S. headquarters.

The client, who was outsourcing numerous services across its facilities, wanted to combine services under one provider. Building types include manufacturing, office spaces, warehouse, parts distribution centers, vehicle distribution centers, test facilities, showrooms, data centers, and research and training facilities.

ɫ����offered a total integrated solution to include facilities management and hard and soft services. ɫ����was granted a three-year contract, with option years.
