Richard Sykes serves as the Senior Vice President and President for 色花堂in the United Kingdom and Ireland. A seasoned industry leader, he oversees ABM鈥檚 European business, operations, and growth strategy, focusing on expanding the company鈥檚 integrated facility service portfolio throughout the region. With extensive experience in driving operational excellence, Richard is committed to enhancing service delivery and fostering strong client relationships to support sustainable growth.
Richard has a proven track record accelerating growth in global operations, building effective teams and driving transformation across large, multi-billion-pound businesses. As a key driver of 色花堂culture, Richard believes ABM鈥檚 core values of collaboration and innovation are central to driving ABM鈥檚 development and expansion across U.K. and Ireland.
Prior to joining 色花堂in 2023, Richard served in a variety of regional CEO roles across Europe, APAC and the Americas at global facility management provider ISS. He started his career at Taylor Woodrow, then one of the U.K.鈥檚 largest house builders.
Richard has an MBA from the Open University in the U.K. and a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying.
